WATCH: Unite Community's Christmas message on Universal Credit day of action

On Unite Community’s Universal Credit online day of action today (Wednesday, December 9), the union is urging the government to maintain the £20 a week Universal Credit uplift.

As the it stands now the government is planning to scrap the increase from April 2021, which would condemn millions of families further into poverty.
