Unite GS Sharon Graham joins thousands marching against the far right

The streets of London on Saturday (March 28) were filled with thousands of people demonstrating against the far right as part of the Together Alliance march, showing that the majority believe in hope over hate.
The route from Park Lane to Whitehall was packed full of trade unionists and environmentalists, community activists and faith leaders, musicians, athletes, entertainers and elected representatives.
Tens of thousands of people travelled across the country to London to march against the far right, with organisers saying that the march was the biggest multicultural demonstration in UK history.
Hundreds of Unite members carrying placards and workplace banners marched behind the slogan “Unity over division”. Find out more about Unite’s Unity over Division campaign here, and the Together Alliance here.
