Videos of the year - fighting fire and rehire at Weetabix

Every day over the festive season, we’re featuring a range of our top videos of the year that show Unite doing what it does best – advancing the jobs, pay and conditions of its members and fighting back against any efforts to diminish workers’ living standards.

Today, we look back at one of the first picket lines at the Weetabix factory, where striking workers fighting fire and rehire in their workplace were joined by Unite general secretary Sharon Graham back in September:
