It’s been a busy year for our union, and, as our general secretary Sharon Graham highlighted – it’s been a successful one. Since Sharon Graham was elected, more than £620m has been won for members from successful disputes alone, and 83 per cent of all disputes have been won. Even more has been delivered by everyday negotiations with employers, across our nations and industries.
Our selected stories have reflected this tremendous success – we’ve highlighted a number of disputes and wins. But we’ve also shown the incredible diversity of what Unite does in the workplace beyond industrial action and negotiations.
